I agree to pay Tara McGillicuddy, Director of ADDClasses.com $47 for the 3 week Adult ADD Declutter Action Group which begins on the morning of Tuesday 7/6/10 at 9:30 am EASTERN (New York Time).

I understand that Tara McGillicuddy, ADDClasses.com, and Becca Colao are not responsible for any decisions I make after enrolling in the Adult ADD Declutter Action Group.

I understand that Becca Colao is an ADHD Coach. She is not a mental health counselor or psychotherapist. Becca provides ADHD Coaching. She does not provide mental health counseling or psychotherapy. She can not diagnose or treat any medical or psychological condition.

I understand that the Adult ADD Declutter Action Group uses a web-based text chat format (typing and reading) and there will not be any audio component.
